Kannah is a Staff Assistant supporting Banner Public Affairs Government Relations team from their Washington, D.C. office. Kannah is a recent graduate of Cornell University where she studied Government with minors in Public Policy, History, and Law & Society. During her time at Cornell, Kannah simultaneously spent time in Washington, D.C., where she interned with both Sen. Ron Wyden’s (D-OR) constituent services and legislative offices, as well as with Representative Earl Blumenauer (D-OR-3).
As a native Oregonian, Kannah is passionate about all initiatives pertinent to agriculture, energy, natural resources, and water. She plans to attend law school in the future to master technical policy development at the intersection of environmental and constitutional law.
In her free time, you can find Kannah hanging out with her dog, spending time near trees and water, or finding the next best café.
