Libby is an Associate for Banner Public Affairs in their Washington, D.C. office. She earned a BA in Political Science from Howard University.
Libby has successfully contributed to Banner’s lobbying efforts by conducting policy research, monitoring legislative developments relevant to clientele, and maintaining key relationships with lawmakers and stakeholders.Before joining Banner, Libby gained valuable internships experiences in college on Capitol Hill, the Department of Health and Human Services, the White House, and several non-profit organizations and political campaigns. Libby aspires to use her expertise in policy analysis and advocacy building to provide equitable solutions in low-income communities. She has a passion for vintage fashion and staying active.
