Ryan is a Vice President at Banner Public Affairs. He joined the firm after over a decade on Capitol Hill, where he served as a congressional staffer in both the House and Senate. Ryan most recently worked for Sen. John Boozman (R-Ark.) handling a variety of issues including appropriations, health care, rural development, education and labor. His experience on the Hill has given him a network of connections across Congress and the administration, as well as an invaluable understanding of the processes and strategies critical for success navigating the federal landscape while addressing client challenges.
Prior to joining Sen. Boozman’s office, Ryan began his career in Washington, D.C., working for Rep. John Kline (R-Minn.), where he handled a broad set of issues. A Pennsylvania native, Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He currently supports clients from Banner’s Washington, D.C. office.
