Allison is an Associate at Banner Public Affairs in the Washington, D.C. office. She most recently served as Advisor to the Deputy Director at the Office of Management and Budget in the White House, where she worked on a variety of issues including appropriations, education, income maintenance, and labor. As the Deputy Director’s primary advisor and speechwriter, Allison gained extensive experience in policy analysis, strategic communications, and stakeholder management. Prior to joining OMB, she worked as a Legal Assistant at Sanford Heisler Sharp, a plaintiff-side employment discrimination firm, and Keller Postman, a plaintiff-side complex litigation firm. Allison is a graduate of Harvard College, where she earned a bachelor's degree cum laude with high honors in Social Studies. She also graduated with a minor in Global Health and Health Policy and a citation in Spanish.
